Imo it's just as much an issue with our society as it is with politics. All we can do is support women in all areas and hope that eventually, it'll reflect in the next elections with more female Cllrs and MPs. Support women in business, at work, at non profits and check out some of the women-led projects in your area. Community Court Yard & The Yard are examples of socially conscious organisations that are both helping the local community and empowering women in Northamptonshire.
