For an officer who looked and sounded so competent, Wightman’s recommendations are surprisingly threadbare and can be summed up in one line: “ Learn from Covid going forward.”
I dread to think what the consultant is being paid.
We have asked, and as we had no response (standard practice from NNC nowadays) we will put in an FOI request.
