I don't even think it was maladministration, I think it was downright illegal what they did.

I struggle to find sympathy for the WASPI women. The example given of Janet "expecting to retire in 2013 subsequently had to work several years more due to sudden changes in the law" is ridiculous. The law changed in 1995, 18 years before Janet was due to retire. We can discuss whether 18 years is sufficient notice, but it certainly doesn't qualify as "sudden"!

Come on, I gave birth to 4 children all wanted reared them , worked unsocial hours , cooked, cleaned and a hundred and one different things to keep the wolf from the door, my husband and I had our retirement mapped out , I lost him to Alzheimer's 3 years ago, I'm 67 and we looked forward to my retirement at 60 , born in 1955 I've paid tax etc for over 40yrs , knackered, robbed and in bad health, pay us what you robbed government
