Always interesting to read these old articles back. The man who claimed any involvement with anything possible, ironically claimed he was NOT a Mason. Given his track record of making errors about what he meant when giving statements, I do wonder if his denial was honest.

When I worked as a teacher in the London Borough of Hounslow in the mid to late 80’s, on the job application form there was a section where the applicant was required to disclose membership of such organisations. I don’t know if the Met Police has a similar one of course! (But I doubt it). We really have moved backwards in recent years. It is appalling that cronyism seems to have taken hold of this country.
