After a provider was placed by regulators into special measures Northamptonshire Children's Trust has left some families without respite care
May be "Children First" should be rebranded as "Children Second or even Last" ?
Sadly few people, other than those families directly involved, see these children as a priority and therefore their needs continue to be underfunded.

We need an urgent review of our children's services and why they are yet to produce an annual report we are still paying for the services of a children's commissioner on £1500 a day. where is he? its time for accountability and responsibility
