The fact they are so comfortable with his presence says all you need to know about the Conservatives

You'd think they'd distance themselves as far away as possible from him. But then you'd think he'd never made the cut as councillor. But..... Tories 🤦‍♀️

As though one was needed, but another clear demonstration by Northampton Conservatives of how they don't care at all about the victims of domestic abuse or the work of the various abuse charities. Unfeeling, uncaring and indifferent and that is me being polite! Remember the WNC Tories were supporting Nunn until the story of his long history of domestic abuse appeared in the national and local media. Shame on him and shame on the Conservatives.

The Tories are completely tone deaf and shameless. I hope this is remembered by voters next May.

Well done for another scoop NN Journal.

After Northamptonshire's Harshita's dead body, believed to be by strangled by her husband, you would have thought the Conservatives would have been sensitive to this. Obviously not! This looks so bad, and you can see it is 'invitation only' so their mind sett appears clear.

I was told people attending walked out in protest when he walked in.

Harshita's story is still being published this week in national TV and national press, Metro, BBC, MSN, The Mirror. Maybe the Conservatives do not read or view the news.

Shame on you Cllr Nick Sturge and Cllr Adam Brown and for all of those who stood by and continue to tolerate a known convicted domestic violence perpetrator AND a person who continues to have a line of accusations against him, still not dealt with by Northamptonshire Police.

Why does this surprise anybody. Once the corruption and unfeeling and uncaring attitudes are adopted it is very hard to change.

Thanks for copying the domestic homicide reviews published before they were removed again from the website. Will be interesting to see how they change before re publication.

Socialism for private sector companies, capitalism and austerity for ordinary folk. Can always find money to bailout and support the rich and powerful. But there is never money to boost public services.

So this arrangement is agreed to be bizarre but there is no clear explanation of it. It's also said that the loan is secured but again no details. Also no mention that the council has borrowed to provide the loan.

So the usual waffle to hide what is really happening and why.
