Think the MP's have a point that at the rate of progress towards a very high level of immunisation the passport idea will be overtaken by the inability of the present strain of the virus to spread as so few people will be vulnerable.
It's all moot anyway. There's no way to add Lateral Flow Test results to the Track & Trace app and we can't afford another £39bn to provide another app that not everyone can use. When vaccinations are required to travel abroad (as other shots are for assorted countries), the anti-vaxxers will be queuing to get proof. Regardless of whether they are of use, the UK doesn't have the technology to introduce one before the summer holidays.
