Good to see Cllr Dearing commenting, been looking for his comments from 2016 when this highly erroneous and totally unsuitable decision was made? He and Cllr Tebbutt represented residents on KBC at that point, when this important matter was revitalised by delegating authority, surely they weren't asleep at the wheel and forgetting their electorate?

Lack of transparency, poor communication and consultation? Normal for NNC I’d say.
