PM Rishi Sunak used the county’s world famous racing circuit to launch his manifesto today, hoping that it will put his election campaign into a new gear.
Silverstone race circuit became part of the Conservative election circus today as the country’s media descended to hear what pledges the party, which is predicted to suffer a heavy electoral defeat next month, is putting forward to the nation to win their vote.
