Whilst I welcome the campaign to stop the incinerators, I also would like to see work ongoing on waste going into landfills and what we as communities need to manage our waste so it doesn’t go into the air, water and contaminating our soil.
Sounds like another Council contract full of exploitable loopholes. Both sides knew what they were taking on, a bit like the current Govt. with their blame tactics, so it points to either incompetence on the Council's part, or the other thing.

£50,000 school travel for one child !
Surely must be a better option, such as a boader place at Eaton or maybe relocate the family to social housing within walking distance to the school ?
