Council agrees to spend another huge sum on Isham bypass scheme
The £100m plus needed for the bypass has not yet been agreed by government, but the North unitary has committed another large sum to try and get the road built

The county’s longest awaited bypass has had another huge sum of local authority cash allocated towards making it a reality.
North Northamptonshire Council’s cabinet this morning signed off £445,000 towards the scheme to pay for completing the planning application, new ecology surveys and reports to send to the government.
